Once we evaluate your needs, we will make recommendations and create a care plan that includes the approximate cost of our services. We can implement the care plan and stay involved as needed to coordinate, communicate and modify the plan. You may also choose to take the helm and navigate the plan on your own.

The care plan is a critical piece, as it allows us to help with immediate and long-term needs. Helm will work to communicate with seniors and their caregivers each step of the way to ensure all services are coordinated, monitored and reviewed so we can help prevent costly health care crises while providing a single point of contact for all health care needs. Client Advocacy
Helm’s Life and Health Care Managers work independently and are not associated with any Independent, Assisted or Skilled senior living communities, medical practices or Medicare paid health care programs. This allows us to provide unbiased recommendations for the benefit of our clients. It is our primary goal to allow each senior to age gracefully with dignity and respect.
Senior Living Placement
While our goal is to help our clients be as independent as possible at home, there may come a time when senior living placement may be the best solution for continuing that independence. We individualize the search process for each client and will present the options that best meet your wants and needs. We can tailor the level of assistance for each client, from setting up and attending tours to helping with the deposit process, move-in documents and other requirements during the admission process. We can coordinate any or all of the following:
